Zonk is the founder and former
Owner/President of the Zonk Group. He started the company in 1971
and directed the business until he transferred it to his son, John,
in 1995. Zonk continues to contribute to the success and growth of
the company, lending both his sales and computer expertise whenever
needed. He serves as MIS Director/Network Administrator, and keeps
our electronic lines of communication running smoothly. Zonk received
his BSEE, from Christian Brothers University, Memphis TN., and is
a U.S. Navy veteran. Prior to starting this business, Zonk was employed
by Texas Instruments in the position of standards engineer. Zonk has
been married to wife Jean for 51years, and they are the parents of
three children. In his recreational time, Zonk enjoys golf, attending
his grandchildren's sporting events, and is a diehard Texas Rangers
fan.
